Silent Mind

If you do not love yourself...if you expect to find love out there...you will never truly, unconditionally love another.  We search for love in so  many ways.  We search for acceptance, as we are...out there.  The love  we seek lies at our unconditioned core.  Love has no boundaries.  When the mind is silent, a world of connection, respect, equality and unconditional  acceptance is revealed.  The unfolding miracle of Creation holds us in its arms, love is everywhere, and love is who we are.

Over and over again, life has revealed to me I have the choice to either contract with fear and protection of the old, or, expand with trust and loving surrender, not knowing the outcome. Love has no boundaries. Love has no lover. Love is truly present, when love and hate unite into one glorious, endlessly creative, immensity.   Where broken hearts dance with gratitude...and the silent presence of everything, reveals the miracles unfolding, and stunning beauty everywhere. So simple.  Disolve...let go...surrender...relax...into the silence...into emptiness...and the profound miracle of this human life will be revealed.

Creation wants you to find and express your unique essence.  There never has been and never will be anyone quite like you. You are unique.  You are an expression of diversity....the incredible beauty and power of Nature....of the Human species. Your true essence is found in the silence of the mind.  When you are liberated from your identification with your lifetime conditioning, clarity naturally arises, and the answers come to the most important questions we all face. Who am I?  What am I here to do?  You have no idea how important you are, until you have made your home in this all loving, all accepting, infinitely creative, spacious presence.  Don't miss! 

This is such an amazing time to be alive.  You have no idea how important you are, for the survival of our planet and our species, until you have found, your own unique inner peace and freedom.  Our world is suffering like never before. This suffering is reflected in our own lives, in our aching hearts, in our children, in our loss of sensitivity, in the loss of meaning, in being depressed and feeling powerless. As dark and unpredictable as these times are, they are also a time of great opportunity. No matter what your age, race or gender, it is imperative you stop and journey into your unconditioned core, and find peace, joy, and meaning in these extraordinary times. We are being asked to reassess the way we live our individual lives, our sense of self, and to do things differently. We are in a world, where all the diverse cultures, water and mineral resources, and the Natural world, are being threatened and exploited in the one global economy. This has never happened before,...

Whoever we think we are is a hoax. Defending ourselves as though there is something static and solid there is the ultimate joke of the human lifetime. ...it is our own self imposed conditioned boundaries that cause our suffering...the freedom and joy and simple gratitude that comes when we experience the spaciousness and connection at our core is not to be missed!!!

Where are the men standing up, speaking up, and owning up to the generations of male control, manipulation, repression, violence, sexual control, through out history, that is happening in every culture and society in the world?? Men have set up traditions and and societies, to suit themselves and satisfy their endless drive for orgasm, success, power, excitement, variety, and subconsciously to find meaning and stability, to a very fragile, empty species. Men do not have the natural, instinctive, inner strength of Women. Men are powerful, cleaver, creative, intelligent, but without a deep, inner connection, and loving, compassionate sense of service, they can easily be triggered, resulting in domestic violence and war. Family breakdown, "losing the kids", for a man can create such devastation he is capable of extreme acts of cruelty. South Beach is sooo beautiful and is in my view unique in the world. With its crystal clear waters, incredible ever new sunsets, music, people dancing, juggling, slack rope walking, yoga, kissing, swimming and kissing, dogs creating chaos, and a multicultural gathering of young and old, all at peace, accepting and respecting each other, celebrating the ending of the day together, all caressed by the prevailing breeze and serenaded by the sounds of the cosmic ocean orchestra. I feel blessed to over flowing, to be a part of such magic and existence and creation dancing and celebrating itself.

Such a wonderful journey into ones' unique loving heart....so utterly simple like Nature...just there in every moment to show us what we already know...that we are one, we are divine, we are love, we are beautiful....like the waterfall, the flower, the grain of sand...in the silent gaze of Braco, we are free to feel our inner world...from the silence the song arises...and the song returns to the silence...in the silence of Braco's gaze the fear of the unknown is taken away for everyone each in their own way. Everything you hold onto and treasure about yourself...for a moment...let it go...ideally in Nature...beside the ocean...and let the magic life force of the world of form enter your spacious emptiness...no words or mind activity...this is the Great Love where all form is born and returns and everything is connected... dancing, singing, celebrating the unique miracle unfolding in you, in everything...such joy!

Enlightenment is a big word and has a lot of baggage, jargon and desire attached to it. The experience is different for all of us due to our unique conditioning. In the past it was an experience for a select few. Today it is the essential experience for all of us, in order for the evolution of our species to occur. Our evolution is critical for the survival of ourselves and every other species in our natural world. We have no choice. We must grow up. The time has come. We change, or we perish. The choice is simple and profound. Of course the present situation hasn't happened overnight but has been evolving for generations. Two dramatic changes have created the present crisis. The first is our world has become very small. This is due to a one world economy, and social media bringing into each of our lives, events worldwide. The resulting obscene profits, obscene inequality, and obscene cruelty of our species, is in our face every day. The second change, is our exqui...

Well...I have to admit I feel I have failured...at being unable to create an unconditional loving relationship...I am not a good salesman but I spend my days trying to sell chairs...no one is interested in The Silent Mind School of Enlightement.. no one comes to my talks...and I have to rewrite my book "Love has no Boundaries" And the world is on a knife edge...and the drinks are still being poured...and Truth is "blowing in the wind"...and I feel like "leav'in on a jet plane" no more expectations...and I am still here..drowning(when I remember) in this exquisite precious unfolding moment of Creation, miracles of delicious sweetness, life and death, everything perfect, untouched by a mind that is so ridiculous to be insane, a hysterical joke... sweet surrender...the joke and the drinks are on me

...the adventure goes on as we relax, laugh at ourselves, let our walls down, see the fresh unfolding miracle of life everywhere...just to be here...celebrate this moment...and as I stand in the waiting room looking into the fire of creation...tears and laughter...and joy...love is everywhere..the mind is quiet... and it's time for a swim...thank you ocean for your music, your dance, your loving embrace. I can always rely on you

When the mind is silent, you and the world, are united in one all-creative presence

Self-honesty is to be... moment by moment.... honest about your thoughts, your feelings, actions, longings, desires, dreams of the future, resentments held from the past, and your desire to improve and change yourself. Self-honesty is being aware of what is going on inside your mind , heart and soul....without judgement or wanting to do anything about it…. You are just shining the light of honesty on who you are right now. This is the essential commitment you must make if you are to find the freedom, joy and the peace that goes on for ever.

To be empty, still, silent, spacious, open, present...is to see with the eyes of a child the miracle of creation expressing itself everywhere. To be empty is to be full with the presence of everything.

...it is who we are...it is the air we breathe...it treasures diversity..it heals the hate...it has no borders...no judgements..no conclusions...for a moment let all that you are go...and...there it is...everywhere

Thank you to all the mothers of the world for being such incredible inspirations to all the men on the planet...of such courage, vulnerability, trust, surrender, painful hard work, and unconditional love. It is time at last to recognise the woman as the creative soul of humanity where men are the mystic warriors here to create a world where the Feminine is held in the highest esteem, provided protection, and is equally represented in all important decision making institutions and corporations

This Glorious immensity of existence...dances us... breathes us... is us...and today...this time in human evolution...we must be brave and bring light into the dark night of our soul and rest tthere...make our home there...where love has no boundaries...where we are all one family...where the diversity of Mother Nature is our inspiration...where the uniqueness of our past and dreams of our future are expressed in the spaciousness of this moment...where we have nothing to hide...nothing to defend...no judgements...the life of freedom compassion and unconditional love....a reborn innocence.
